GUARANTEE POLICY:

  • A deposit of the first night’s room rate and applicable taxes will be taken from the Credit card on file, 3 days before your arrival after 4 pm (excluding special rates or promotions that require pre-payment).
  • A refundable deposit of $200 for incidentals (bar/restaurant consumption, room or property damage or breakage) will be placed on the Credit card on file at check-in time. If the guest does not use the total or partial amount, the hotel will release this hold to the guest’s credit card. The amount will be shown in 5–6 business days post-checkout.
  • No cash will be accepted as a deposit for incidentals.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Each rate plan has defined cancellation policies as you proceed further into the booking
  • Advance Purchase Rates are fully prepaid, non-changeable, and non-refundable. If you have to cancel an Advance Purchase Rate, or if you do not arrive on the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation shall be forfeited.
    Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. If you choose to depart early, the price is subject to change
  • A State Tax of 7%, Occupancy Tax 6% will apply to each reservation

PET POLICY – DOGS:

  • Dogs of 30lb or less are welcome to stay at the hotel in the designated Pet Friendly Rooms. Max dogs in room: 2, Max total weight 60lb.
  • A non-refundable fee of $85 + tax nightly will be charged to the guest’s account
    The pet etiquette form must be filled out at check-in time
  • Guests will be responsible for any property damage caused by their dogs.
  • Certified service dogs that aid individuals with disabilities are welcome at the hotel and are not subject to the policies and restrictions described above

PARKING:

  • Valet Parking is available on-site (1 car per suite) and has a cost of $40 + tax per day.
  • In the event of bringing an additional car, please get in touch with the hotel directly for availability; a charge of $40 + tax per night will apply.

BOAT SLIP RENTAL:

  • In the event of bringing a boat, please get in touch with the hotel directly for slip availability; a charge will apply according to the boat’s measurements.

OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • Age Policy: Guests registering must be 21 years old. Proof of age must be presented at check-in time.
  • Pack & Play can be provided by the hotel upon request; a charge of $25 + tax per night will apply.
  • Daily Resort Fee – $35.00 + tax Includes:
    • 2 Bottles of water per room upon arrival
    • In Suite Gourmet Cookies upon arrival
    • Wireless Internet in common areas
    • In Suite Coffee – Keurig
    • Pool Towels
    • Use of pool, spa, and gym facilities.
